Haiyo Ursula

Named for a Gaijin artist who was pivotal to Kiki succeeding on her Year of Proving, Ursula has always been the tomboy of Kiki's Quads. She's into sports, especially 'Imperial League Quidditchu', which she plans to play professionally after high school.

Like her three identical sisters, she has dark red hair almost like spun garnets. They are a blending of the best of her parents, while her younger sisters take more after Kiki, with black hair that just has faint reddish highlights. Her brothers both sport a mop of red locks almost the color of a carrot, their father's genes having proven dominant in his sons.

Ursula stands 5'0". She is tanned from spending a lot of time outdoors, has eyes the color of dark chocolate, and has a small nose with a slightly upturned tip. Like her three identical sisters, she has 38/B-cup breasts with wide pink areola and gumdrop diamond shaped nipples.

To differentiate herself from her sisters Ursula wears her hair in a buzzcut. She has pierced both ears with nine holes in which she wears stud earrings in each of the colors of the rainbow plus white and black.

Ursula spent her Year Of Proving in Kota City in North Western Borneo Province and wants to go back desperately. Koriko may be 'home' for the moment, but when Ursula thinks of "Home" for the past five years her mind strays far from coastal Japan where she was born and grew up. Her heart returns to a city alternately drenched by blazing sun and pounding thunderstorms, a place where the old cultures of both Japan and Malaysia blend in a heady and lively melting pot with the modern globalizing world. Reggae from the Caribbean mixes in the air with Japanese classical music and Borneo's traditional chants, In the studios of the city, they mix more thoroughly, through the throats of trios of young 15-19-year-old women into "Kota-pop" which lately has been getting radio play as far away as Tokyo. Every time Ursula hears it her heart aches for her little apartment on the northernmost edge of Kota, where she spent the most significant year of her whole life...

But till she graduates from "Koriko Public Academy" this spring, she can't go back to the steamy southern jungles where she transitioned from child to young adult, which to this day are graven on her soul deeper than blood and bone...

Meanwhile, Ursula's being torn apart on another level. Two, actually... the first is that before she leaves for Kota City in the spring she has to choose to accept one of five suitors, or alternatively reject them all. The second is directly related to the first: two of those suitors are other young women...
