At Xavier's school whenever a class moves up they have a big celebration to celebrate their success and that's when Pietro would strike! He waits until they're setting up the stage and places a special device under where Jean will be standing to lock her in place and keep her from running off and if she try's to cover up he has a device that will keep her arms still for atleast 5 minutes until her powers kick in and she can break them. He sets all this up and waits hiding out wearing his fathers helmet so to not be detected he waits until Jean is giving her long boring speech or atleast in Pietro's mind he waits until she's done with her speech then quickly speeds past her taking off her clothes revealing Jeans red bridal corset lingerie and red panties!
