There's an intense rush you don't expect, like you're suddenly being fired from a cannon. The jolt causes everyone to grab onto the kraken in panic. Candy wedges herself between her tendrils, Snow grabs her back along with Kailani beside her, and you grab her stomach, though you feel her hand grasp your back and heave you up. You're **** between her massive breasts, and for a moment you feel the **** between them more intense than the pressure of the deep sea, though you're held comfortably and steadily as the water propels your party up from the center of the Maelstrom to a distance above where you finally slow.

As things settle, you hear Snow call out, "Is everyone all right?" Meanwhile she looks over her shiny new bow--one that seems to allow her to fire shots even underwater.

"Yes," Kailani says with a nod. She seems more than capable of traversing the sea, given this is her homeland.

"I'm so glad," says Selinda. "Are you all right down there, Kyle?"

You say something muffled by the weight of her bosom. But then she pulls you away, allowing you to speak proper. "I'm good, yeah."

"My arm!" Candy screams. Everyone looks over to see that her left arm is completely missing. She looks around in panic for a moment, though in a flash, the arm appears back again as if never missing. She holds her stomach and begins to laugh. "The look on your faces was priceless."

You cross your arms. "There wasn't even blood."

"The mermaid girl looked shocked."

Kailani looks around with colour in her cheeks. "N-No I didn't!"

"Come on. Let's get back," you command. "But remember. We need to pretend we succeeded in our mission. We managed to suss out some information, and we're going to go undercover to find those who might endanger the palace. But when we do that, we're really gonna be looking for those on our side. Then we--" You ponder for a moment. "I mean, I guess we don't just commit regicide in front of everyone. Probably."

"You must not." Kailani squeezes her trident between both hands. "The people of Nureteru can't see a Demon King behead their queen."

"I don't know if the king will be much help, but we can try him," Snow suggests.

"That guy doesn't have a thought rolling around in that head of his," Candy says. "Well, he has two thoughts. A big pair of thoughts, if you know what I mean."

You stare off in the direction of the city, still hours away. "We gotta start with finding whoever's on our side. Then we expose her. We'll just have to see what comes up once we're at that point."

Selinda waves a tentacle back and forth, matching the same as her hand. "I'm sad to say but we should part ways for now then. I won't be of much help in the city, and I definitely stick out. Plus, I don't even live there. I'll stay in the outskirts, and I'll let you know if anything fishy happens with the Demon King."

Snow fidgets awkwardly for a moment as she touches her fingers to the seaweed dress around her legs. "... Do you want this back?"

She laughs. "No, no. I won't make you strip. I can just make another one. Though this time, try to keep your clothes on, all right?"

"Thanks for helping out again, Selinda," you say. "We'll let you know what happens."

And just like that, it's time to return to the city. You'll be good on swimming for quite some time after this trip.
