Going on a mission

Sakura is heading to the village gates to depart for her mission with Naruto. It was a hot day, a bead of sweat ran down her forehead. Suddenly, someone caught Sakura’s eye, down the alleyway next to Ichiraku Ramen. It was none other than her blonde rival, Ino-pig.

“Ino? What are you doing?” She asked.

“Oh, just thought I’d say goodbye before your mission...” she smirked.

“Yeah right, what are you really doing?”

“Well since you asked, I thought I’d finally get you back for that prank you played on me a couple months ago.” Ino’s smirk only grew larger and more mischievous.

“Oh no...” Sakura felt a sudden feeling of dread deep inside her. “Hey listen, it was just an innocent prank, can’t we forget about this?” She began backing away.

“Don’t think you can get away that easily!”
