Go talk to the other girl (natural beauty)

Deciding it would be best to talk to someone a little less hostile you move over to the open seat behind the other girl.

“Hi, my name’s Jane.”

“Oh hi,” the other girl replied back, smiling largely at you and looking a little red upon seeing you. “My name’s Amy. Are you new here?”

Admiring her shoulder length light brown hair, and how her mousy glasses frame her face, you quickly compose yourself before she notices you staring. Though she doesn’t appear to be as skilled at that as you, since you easily notice where her eyes are traveling from and to; before she recognizes that you’ve caught her and goes a slightly crimson red.

“Yea, I am new here.”

“Oh that’s so great! So are you excited for statistics?”

“I wouldn’t say I’m excited for it,” you reply, trying to weigh your words carefully until you better know Amy. “More like hesitantly hopeful…”

“That’s fair.” Amy replies, with a little less pep in her voice.

“By the way” you say, deciding you should probably warn her about Amanda. “The girl over there, Amanda. She’s been staring at you since I came in here, you might want to be careful.”

Looking over quickly Amy suddenly looks more nervous before returning her gaze to you, “thanks for the warning. Amanda’s still mad at me after I told the teacher that she was purposefully causing me issues in class.”

Looking over your should you notice Amanda’s burning gaze still locked on Amy before she turns to you, her stare lessening to a more annoyed look than the hatred she showed Amy. Not knowing what to do, you decide that the best two options are either to tell the teacher, or try and help protect Amy; but your not sure which one you should suggest.
