Oz was her boyfriend. He was a wearwolf that later was able to control his changes. He had left her for another wearwolf. Willow all ways resented that even know he came back after Willow was all ready hooked up.

She wanted to get him but she didn't know where she is. She was planning to do some plenty nasty thing to Oz. It was time to keep that pup in line. She use the locater spell to find him.
