Go in unarmed and improvise

You kick down the door.

Sophie: "Alright, you loonie! What've you done to my boyfriend?"

Dr. Coitus: "What the-... what are you doing here, this is a private office and I'm in the middle of an examination!"

Sophie: "Examination my ass. Why do you have a drip on your arm, and why is Dan ****?"

Dr. Coitus: "This is simply a very delicate procedure. I know it may look a bit suspicious, but there's a perfectly good reason for it."

Sophie: "What would that be?"

Dr. Coitus: "It's a tad difficult to explain unless you're well-versed in medical terminology, but I believe the technical term is uh... somnanbutus idiologes"

Sophie: "What's that mean?"

Dr. Coitus: "Hold on now, I've got a book right here..."

Not even turning his back, Dr. Coitus trifles through a bookcase behind him and picks up a large hardcover medical book. He brings it to you. The title says 'X-rays 7/2005-1/2006'.

Sophie: "Hang on this is just-"

Dr. Coitus attempts to kick you. However, his leg hits squarely into your still rock-hard double erection. His shin breaks.

Dr. Coitus: "AAAARGH!"

He keels over onto the floor in agony, and the drip from his arm is severed. You take a bunch of tubes from an operating tray and tie Dr. Coitus's hands behind his back.

Sophie: "Alright then. What's the deal here, what've you done with my boyfriend?"

Dr. Coitus: Sob "He's... alright, he's only under anesthesia. S-should wake up in an hour or so."

Sophie: "But why do you have a drip of... I can only assume a portion of Dan's malleable goop hooked to your veins? Are you like, trying to turn yourself malleable too, and then you'd become a supervillain?"

Dr. Coitus: "...no comment. I won't say anything until I get a lawyer."

You call the cops on Dr. Coitus. Dan wakes up after an hour and a half, and you decide to head to Dan's place to spend the rest of the evening.

Several weeks later in court, it turns out that Dr. Coitus was indeed attempting to transfer Dan's powers to himself. Apparently he had been dreaming of being a superhero for a long time. A folder full of designs of super suits for himself were discovered at his home. For endangering patient safety, negligence and ****, he lost his medical license and was sentenced to three years probation.

The mutations tapered off to an incidence of only dozen or so cases globally per week. No credible explanation for them was ever discovered. The scientific community was at a loss in the face of this clearly supernatural event, and were **** to declare the current understanding of science to be an insufficient method of gauging reality. Similarly, many religious institutions were brought into turmoil due to being unable to give an adequate response.

In the midst of these societal upheavals, you and Dan found support and comfort in each other. Between your new anatomy and Dan's malleability, both of you had to relearn physical affection from the ground up. It would be a journey of discovery unlike anything else.
