Getting Blair's rocks off

Blair shook her head. 'I just need to hit something.' It was clear that sneaking up on her foes was the last thing on her mind. She would likely burn the forest down, turning it into a smoldering inferno. The wanton carnage would be rather fun, but detrimental to all involved. Ellinor watches Blair gently. "Is there anything I can do to help improve your mood?" Blair glances at Ellinor. A torrent of feelings both pleasant and horrible running through her mind. She would snap Ellinor's neck by mistake if she tried to touch her right now.

Caesar let out a little whimper. Blair glances back at him before looking to Ellinor. "No. Just... Sit there, and look pretty, okay?" Ellinor's fear jumped up to 5. "O-oh... Okay." Blair felt this was rather strange since they weren't in combat, but perhaps it was natural within this dark situation. No, it wasn't that. It was the hatred in her voice that was putting Ellinor on edge. Even Caesar was acting strange, like something would attack them at any moment. An eerie silence filled the air for the rest of their trip.

By the time they reached the outskirts of the rock quarry, Caesar had moved to Ellinor's lap. He gently comforted her by nuzzling her, causing her fear drop to 0. Blair's anger only grew within this period of time. She was so frustrated with Zane, men, Gaia, and the way of the world. Perhaps she should take over with an iron fist and change the world. Turning that many people and creatures into red stains on the floor wouldn't be so bad. The results would speak for themselves.

Blair started to chuckle to herself as she stepped out of the car. Her eyes looking out to the abandoned rock quarry. If she didn't know better she would have thought that she were in a low laying area of a forest. There were a lot of trees around it and far more green grass than she had ever expected. There were even two fairly small pools of water. Except for the few piles of broken rock and bare patches of ground, it didn't look like the remains of a rock quarry at all. Caesar rushed out from the car when Ellinor opened up the car door. He started to sniff the various plants and ground like it was going out of style.

Ellinor giggles. "We're not here to play, Caesar." Caesar let's out a soft bark before resuming his sniffing of the area. Blair let's out a hard and heavy breath. "Let's go." Ellinor looks at Blair then back at the car with both of its doors open. "Shouldn't we put the car in stealth or something?" Blair pauses for just a moment and casts Telekinesis. - 5 Mp Using the first cast to close both doors before casting it again, putting the car into stealth mode this time. - 5 Mp "Hurry up, Ellinor."

Ellinor swallows before quickly walking over to Blair. Caesar reluctantly turns from the plants and returns to Blair's side. Blair walks toward the center of the rock quarry. "This looks like a good spot." Ellinor tilts her head a little. "How do you plan to train? There is no one here to fight." A smirk creeps upon Blair's lips. "I plan to make an illusion barrier here." Ellinor nods. "Oh, that makes sense." There was a short pause before her eyes widen. "Wait, you can make an illusion barrier!?"

Blair lifts a brow. "Yes. You'll see one shortly." As she speaks, she casts Create Illusion barrier. - 10 Mp A screen popped up in the center of her view. This screen simply asked what type of illusion barrier she wanted to create. She had three options available: empty, trap, or monster. She quickly picked monster. Upon doing so the screen changed to one with four sections to fill out: time ratio, environment type, monster type, and privacy setting. She looks at time ratio first. She could set it from 1:1 to 1:5.

Blair tilts her head slightly. 'I could use as much time as I can get.' As this thought ran through her mind, she selected 1:5. Next was environment type: swamp, forest, desert, abandoned city, or rigged. Oddly enough, rigged was grayed out. When she clicked it, a temporary window appeared in front of it. It stated that it was only available in the trap setting. She glanced back at her choices and quickly picked desert. She wanted her enemies to have as few places to hide as possible.

Ellinor leans in slightly. "What are you doing?" Blair looks at monster type next. "I'm selecting what I want the barrier to do and be filled with." Ellinor glances at Caesar. "Do you see anything?" Caesar shakes his head before letting out a soft bark. Blair felt slightly amused, but still angry over all. "You remember the pop up you saw when joining my party?" Ellinor nods slightly. Blair's eyes look over at the monster options available: boars, sprite, imp, kobold, goblin, elemental, or undead. "It's like that, but only for me to see."

Blair gritted her teeth, trying not to just strike randomly. 'Most of these options just piss me off more.' That was when she noticed sprite as an option. If she remembered correctly she had earned that one a while back. She selected it. 'I hope this one puts up a fight. I don't want it to be over in an instant.' That was when she looked at the last option available, privacy setting. She could make it public or private. She smirked. 'I doubt leaving it open to the public would matter.' However, it still made her question it. Should this illusion barrier be public or private?
