Using skill born from training with her speed-based Semblance, Ruby quickly hopped out of the panties currently lying at her feet before swiftly kicking them away so neither Weiss nor Miss Goodwitch could notice her rapidly deteriorating garment situation. The bundle of wet cloth was safely flung out an open window and into some bushes without anyone other than Ruby herself knowing. Satisfied upon successfully removing the evidence of her issue, the Huntress in training just needed to provide a believable excuse.

"Err, nothing." she responded as she fanned her hand around her face. "Just a bee nearly flew into me."

Goodwitch gave Ruby a withering glare. "You will be facing dangers far greater than bugs if you intend to become a Huntress." the teacher said blandly. "Showing such fear over something as minor as a bee does not bode well for your future."

"Ehehe, sorry. It startled me is all." Ruby responded as she rubbed the back of her head nervously and looked away, only to lock eyes with Weiss.
