What's next?
Get Kayas Memories
You were embarrassed by the kiss Bianca left. You held your cheek, soft and still faintly warmed by the kiss. You remember how you tried to act like a mistress in front of her, but you knew your essence. You're still a man, even if now you're not. The kiss that Bianca left on you, and how you feel about it, serves as proof.
"Maybe I'll..." you mumbled, trying not to contemplate what you were about to say next. Bianca, the peculiar girl you met for the first time today, did she cause you to fall in love?
No...
You strove not to think about it, even if she claims that her feelings for you don't originate from the power of the remote. But what if you let go of that restraint and set her back on her own course? Would she remain the same? The same person who just walked away a moment ago?
You couldn't shake this idea from your head, and it made your heart flutter. You knew there was something you had to do. You glanced at your phone. In a few minutes, it would be time to study, and your impersonator was probably already in the classroom. You sighed, attempting to calm yourself.
"sigh I have her chat, I'll contact her later. Come on, there's something to do," you told yourself, looking at the remote again.
In truth, you feared what you held; a tool that directs people's thoughts and morphs them into whatever you want. You'd used it on yourself once, and twice on others.
Your chest trembled in sync with your heartbeat.
As you hovered over the brown button, fear engulfed you. This button had the power to transfer thoughts and identities from one person to another. You gritted your teeth. All you needed to do was press that button.
But...
How confident were you that, once the button was pressed, you'd still be the same person?
Would you still be Lasse?
Or would you become Kaya?
You didn't know... And you remembered Paul's words:
'If humans use it too much, it might melt your brain. Or worse, you could lose yourself.'
Could you be certain that pressing the button would be safe?
And if it's nothing... if it's like what Paul had been saying all along, that you are not 'human'...
You held your breath, thinking about everything you'd done, the happiness of women, the new discoveries, and Bianca. You considered all of them before deciding to lightly press the brown button.you don't feel anything
You hear only a faint buzz from it. After that, nothing happens - no light, no laser emission. There's only sound and then nothing. You feel normal. You look in the mirror and see the reflection of 'yourself'. You don't feel anything unusual, only an increasing sense of beauty. Simultaneously, you realize that you have to meet Lasse.
"Wait...!" You stop walking towards the door, as if trying to recall something. You remember that you arranged to meet Lasse in the janitor's storeroom. Now, however, you're in the restroom.
"No, no, something's not right... Something..."
You ponder again.
You remember when Lasse told you there was something he wanted to discuss in the morning. It was about his ex, and you were surprised he asked you. He looked embarrassed and requested a private space for the discussion. You remember thinking, 'Wow, this guy is brave and trying. It's a little weird, but just help him, it'll be cool.'
And so, you led him to the janitor's storage room. You arrived early, he was late. To kill time, you knocked on the storage room lock and waited for him. You knew how to do it because it looked cool when you saw it on the internet and your home door is often broken so you had practice.
After unlocking the door, Lasse arrived. You playfully teased him for his tardiness before ushering him into the storage room. He looked terrified that you could open the door to the storeroom. His expression amused you.
Before telling him that you could only do it because you were looking for a lightbulb to turn on the room light. You thought about the questions he would ask about his girlfriend and the answers you could provide to help him.
You wanted to help him...
But after that, you found yourself in the women's bathroom, not far from the storage room.
The remote in your hand trembled again. You looked down at it, at the shiny metallic surface reflecting your face back at you. And you...
Images of the past were projected onto you. It wasn't your point of view looking for a switch. But it was the view of Lasse holding this strange remote in his hand. He pressed it while behind you, and you became... a skin suit.
You remember the feeling of wearing a skin suit, tight and flowing as your thighs were encased. You remember the sensation of arousal. You remember seeing an erection, remember when you put on her face. Looking at her face in the phone's front-facing camera. The distorted, wicked smile that you made, and the words you spoke.
"I...I'm Kaya," you repeated, and this time you looked in the mirror. You saw the smile, the smile you were currently wearing.
You laughed... It was not your laugh. It was the way Kaya laughed when she felt relieved, and within you, you felt that relief. You became Kaya on the outside, and deep inside, you were still Lasse, the person you had always been.
You looked in the mirror again and this time tried to smile the way she used to smile at you in the morning.
The smile appeared in the reflection, it was the same, it looked natural, not tense, not unusual.
You remembered Kaya, the entire story ever since she could remember. What she liked and what she did, everything, you remembered it all. You felt as if you were reaching out to her memories as if they were your own.
"Fuck, I'm really scared. This button is fucking terrifying," you muttered.
And yes, you didn't want to think that if you didn't recognize yourself. How would you go on? You were still afraid of this button. And this fear gave you an answer, confirming Paul's words.
'You're not human' or 'maybe not 100%, but you're still human'
You didn't feel any headaches or dizziness, but on the contrary, you felt refreshed, and your brain worked more smoothly than ever before. At the same time, your head was filled with knowledge you had never known, all of it from her.
You were two people in one. You had her skin, body, thoughts, memories, and feelings. But you were also Lasse, the core of Kaya, in control of her body, expressing feelings, and now owning her true body.
It was complicated, but one thing you knew for sure. You could act like 'Kaya' without arousing any suspicion. Additionally, you could approach all her friends. You remembered a list of all Kaya's friends. You could approach them at once. You could use your duplicate as a decoy, luring the person who wanted to capture you into a trap without their knowledge.
"Great, I have nothing to worry about," you assured yourself, before exiting the bathroom and walking towards your own classroom.
As evening arrived, you left the classroom and headed towards Kaya's locker as though it were second nature. You dialed the code, unlocked the door, grabbed your stuff, and took out your bag. Everything was automatic.
You glanced at your duplicate who was chatting with Tim about a game. He seemed natural, just like you. Tim didn't suspect a thing. You smiled at the memory before closing the locker door and walking towards the two men. You nodded at your impersonator and smiled at Tim.
"Hey Tim, did you hear that you and Lasse are going to have a gaming duel?" you asked.
"Oh Kaya, yeah, I'm going to teach this guy what hell feels like for insulting a strategist like me." You looked at the fake Lasse who laughed sheepishly and blamed you. You laughed along.
"Haha, then I'll wait and see if he can beat you, Tim," you said to Tim, still teasing the fake Lasse.
"Wait, are you betting that this sly bastard is going to defeat me, Kaya? Don't you trust me?" Tim complained as the other students walked out of the hallway.
"No Tim, I believe in you. You're good, I know. Well, I'm not going to fight you after seeing you kill more than 30 people in minutes in the game, carrying the whole team to victory. You're a strategist, Tim, I trust you. But, I need to make a 'bet' for someone else. There might be some high expectations, hehe.”
As you spoke, your eyes were fixed on the fake Lasse, who sighed.
"Aye, aye, ma'am, as you command, you can do whatever sigh," he conceded, with Tim looking puzzled.
"Did I miss something? I didn't even know that you two were… close, huh?" he inquired.
"Well, we're just 'talking' for a bit. He came to me for advice on love, so I... helped him. Gave him some confidence." You said, looking at the fake Lasse, who looked displeased.
"Huh!? Talk about love? Lasse?!
Wait dude, are you going to talk to her about love?! Or have you already?!” Tim teased his friend, as you giggled at their exchange.
"No no! Dude, I'm just going to talk, not what you're thinking.” The fake Lasse tried to defend himself.
“Really, hmm… hiding behind me to talk to a girl privately. It makes me think You're going to meet Bianca and the others. While thinking in your head, plan to 'set the bait' and 'yourself' in a series of school. After that, we'll see how the situation unfolds. You will control everything. That’s your main goal. You nodded and confirmed the plan to yourself once more, and then you smiled again. Feeling a little relieved. Finally, you're really Kaya now.
