Gavin explains it

"She stumbled and fell on me when I went to open the door..." Gavin was the one to finally speak up in Ashley's stead, and somehow managing o keep his voice steady despite of his obvious embarrassment. "Seriously, guys!"

"Yeah, right!" Zack said to him, but with a wide grin growing on his face. While Chloe and Vicky may still have their doubts he knew when his good old friend was lying or not - and should've known both him and Ashley well enough to never even suspect they'd be having some kind of affair in the first place. Heck, it was quite a surprise just to find them alone in the same room together.

Meanwhile it finally dawned on Ashley what was going on here, and after just a moment of shock she found herself bursting into sudden laughter. Not just because of the situation itself though, but also because of the irony she would be found like this with Gavin - when in truth it must've looked like child's play, compared to what she and Kurt had been doing up on the lookout point just half an hour earlier.

Eventually both Zack and Chloe joined in on her laughter, followed by a more uncertain Vicky, and finally even Gavin managed a **** chuckle. It really was something to laugh at after all, even if it would take some time for him to get over the memory of Ashley's firm breasts pushing hard into his back.

"What's going on here...?" Another voice interrupted them, and Gavin felt his face start blushing again when he noticed Brandon sticking his smiling face through the doorway. He seemed to survey the situation for a moment, without seeing what was so much fun about it, and looked only mildly surprised to find his girlfriend in the room that would be shared by Gavin and Heather.

"Oh, it's nothing!" Chloe was quick to reassure the newcomer, while trying to make some space for Ashley and then Gavin to get out of the room. The pair could need some fresh air she figured, and was just a little surprised to see the blonde actually blushing almost as much as Gavin in front of her boyfriend.

Meanwhile Victoria may have been the only one to notice there was something serious going on in her best friend's head, but she wasn't quite able to follow as the other girl pushed through the crowd and dashed for the room she'd be sharing with Brandon.

Ashley's boyfriend didn't get to see where she was headed either, as he was already busy chatting with Zack again, and it looked like she'd be able and spend a couple of minutes on her own to gather her thoughts...
