Galarth on his new form starts losing his memories

Right while panicking, Galarth tried to remember what happened last night to figure out what or/and how he's became a goblin, but he couldn't, for some reason last night was nothing but blank and to make it worst, he began to struggle to remember anything in particular, he knew he was supposed to be a human man, a paladin and a member of the local guild but he didn't remember details like what his last or first quest was, what were his parents called? was he married, was he actually male, what if she was a girl and she just remembered that wrong, her new form seemed to be female so how could she be sure that she wasn't a woman to begin with?
