Full stop!

You slam into what feels like a truck, but you know better. Without even looking up, you dust yourself off and address the man you've slammed into "Captain Stently, I see you're as strong as ever."

The police captain isn't amused by your backhanded compliment and simply glares angrily "Williams, what has you in such a rush this morning?"

You smile smugly and reveal your letter of acceptance to him "Simply put sir, I'm about to change history."

Stently scoffs and snatches the letter out of your hands, inspecting it closely "Well, you do have more of an academic inclination..." He hands the letter back and raises his head in thought "I suppose you'd be getting that from your mother."

You take pause at his words, Stently's never been so open about your parents, nobody has really, so his insight intrigues you...

You could stay and listen, maybe find out more about who your parents were, though by doing this you know you'll be late for sure, Stently has a tendency to constantly talk nonsense...
