Chapter 3 by Mr. E Mr. E

what's the story?

From bitch to bitch

"This isn't gonna work." Frank said to his girlfriend, shaking his head as Gretchen closed her hypnotism book. "She's not an idiot. A bitch? Yes. An idiot? No."

"Oh, ye of little faith." Gretchen chuckled as she grabbed a pocket watch from one of the drawers. "This is gonna work perfectly. The second Jessica walks through that door, we'll be saying goodbye to our crazy high rent in no time!"

"And if it doesn't?"

"What's the worst she can do?" Gretchen asked, shrugging her shoulders. "She can't kick us out for showing her a watch."

"She kicked The Jeffersons out yesterday because she didn't like the cookies Mary baked!"

"... Yeah. And those cookies were to die for." Gretchen admitted, putting a hand to her chin before smiling confidently again. "But I know we can -"

**Knock! Knock!**

"And that would be her." Frank said with a sigh, walking over to the door and opening it for their landlady. "Ms. Stevenson."

"Franklin."

"It's Frankford, actually."

"Whatever, Fatso." Jessica replied in annoyance as she hit Frank in his clearly average stomach. "I'm not hear for chit-chat! I'm hear to collect my $3700 from you!"

"$3700?!" Frank asked in shock. "But yesterday you said you were coming to collect $2100!"

"That was then, and this is now! And now, I want my $4900!"

"Wait, but didn't you just say -"

"Pay me my $8400 or get the hell out!" Jessica snapped, "Those are your only options!"

"Okay, okay!" Frank replied as he walked off to grab his checkbook, walking past an angered Gretchen.

This was it.

Calming herself down, Gretchen a smile and held out her watch. "Hey, Jessica? Like my watch?"

"That's Ms. Stevenson, bitch!" Jessica snapped, turning to Gretchen. However, she raised an eyebrow and said, "Although, I admit that is a beautiful watch."

"Isn't it though?" Gretchen asked, swinging the watch back and forth. "It belonged to my Grandfather."

"Yes... Pretty." Jessica said as her eyes followed the timepiece back and forth. "Sorry, I'm feeling a little... Drowsy."

"Drowsy enough to... Oh, let's say, send a group email to all your tenants of the building saying you lowered the rent?" Gretchen asked as she continued to swing the watch. "And to put them into temporary homes while you personally pay for the apartments to get treated for bugs and mold?"

"Yes..." Jessica said in a trance like state, taking out her phone and doing just that. By the time she sent the email, Frank had just returned with his checkbook.

"Okay, so I - Holy!" Frank quietly exclaimed as he saw what was going on. A few seconds later, his phone went off before he pulled it out, his eyes widening at the email he just received. Turning to a smug looking Gretchen, he asked, "It worked?"

"And you doubted me."

"Well, we should probably take her out of that trance now, right?"

"Not just yet." Gretchen said with an impish smile. "Remember how I said that I always wanted a dog..."

"Princess! Here girl!" Frank called out some time later as a naked Jessica came bounding up to him on all fours, sitting on her haunches as she panted with a dopey looking smile. "Aww! Aren't you just a little cutie?!"

"Arf! Arf!" Jessica barked, wiggling her ass like a dog would shake its own tail.

"Whose ready for walkies?" Frank asked as he attached the leash to the collar around Jessica's neck.

"Arf! Arf!" Jessica barked happily as she jumped around and tugged on the leash, knocking her heels and glasses off in the process.

"I take it back." Frank said to Gretchen as the two got ready to walk their new pet. "This was a brilliant idea!"

"And the neighbors are going to get a real hoot out of this too!" Jessica chuckled as the three walked out the door.
