Free rent, at a price

Tommy stood by the door, fully expecting the loser Liam to answer and be steamrolled by his firm economic logic in the rent rise. Instead was Nicky, the fit tenant whom he never saw all that often but was always on that "grindset" of hers... now she was in the altogether!

"Miss..." Tommy stared at Nicky's nakedness, speechless as he tried to reassert control.

"It's 'Nicola' to you," Nicky butted in, "and I've heard your attempt to get a 'rise' out of us," she smirked at herself with that off-the-dome pun.

"Nicola, you know as well as I do that-" Tommy tried to explain himself.

"Nope!" Nicky put her finger on Tommy's mouth to shut it, "I know the market from my business, and it's a tenants' market. Fuck fifteen, you're going to give us five per cent off from now on, is that understood?"

Tommy stood silent for a minute, staring Nicky up and down while the nude girl was silently blushing.

"You know what?" Tommy conceded, "Deal! Five per cent reduction for Liam and Diane, and you get rent for free if you stay naked all the time."

"Deal!" Nicky blurted out before gasping and covering her mouth.

Before she could correct herself Tommy simply said "alright, I'll write the new lease up" and was off on his way.

"Well, guys," Nicky turned around and hung her head down as she covered up with her hands, "I'm off to recuperate."

She jogged off to her room and slammed the door behind her, jumping back under her duvets as Priscilla came back to her.

"What the hell?!" Nicky complained to her, "I thought you said I'd win the negotiation!"

"You did," Priscilla smirked, "you got free rent and more of your first wish."

"But you said I wouldn't take it lying down when Tommy tried to screw with me!" Nicky exasperatedly flung her arms out from under her covers.

"You didn't, silly, you took it standing up!" Priscilla booped Nicky on the nose with her wand.
