Fred and George Weasley

Fred and George are the identical Weasley Twins. They are chronic mischief makers, who have developed a suite of magical trinkets and treats which they use to pull all kinds of pranks. They are experts of evading detention, cleverly cheating on tests, and skipping class via patented illness-causing candies.
