Forcibly restrained

With an electronic buzz the cuffs on Lisa’s wrists and ankles began to hum and a lightning blue glow appeared around the edges. Before she could react an arc of pale blue energy sprung between the two ankle cuffs, before retracting and pulling her legs tightly together. With another bolt of energy, the two wrist cuffs also clanged together in front of her waist. The sudden **** movement caused her to drop the rock in her hand.

The worst was to follow, two more energy bolts spung out. This time emanating from the sky and the ground. Lisa understood the bolts were to hold her in place, but it wasn’t until the energy began to retrack did Lisa realise the bolt from the Sky had connected to the ankle cuffs, and the bolt from the ground connected to her wrists.

Lisa wiggled and tried to hop away but it was hopeless, the bands might have well been welded together and the retracting bolts could have been made of solid titanium for all the give they had.

Helpless to resist, Lisa was pulled into the air legs first, arms pulled out straight with the fingers just centimetres off the ground. Her hat fell off and her blonde hair, usually in a tight bun when in unform but due to the day’s events was free, was hanging down. Predicably did it took mere seconds before her skirt flipped down exposing her legs and the underwear she had put on. As she bucked her hips to struggle, the sky turned a little darker. Craning her neck Lisa saw the domed ceiling showing the perfect sun filled sky had been replaced by an image of the forest clearing with the restrained and exposed Lisa in the middle. More words were flashing over the top of her exposed frame “NON-COMPLIANCE IS NOT TOLERATED”.

Lisa struggled more completely futile effort when one of the thin branches on a nearby tree whipped out. SLAP. It stuck Lisa across the ass taking her completely by surprise.

“OWW!”

SLAP, another branch lashed out catching her again.

The sudden shock meant Lisa dropped her head back, and could not see the sky screen, but from the shadows she was aware, she and her discipline was still on full display to anyone in the neighbourhood who looked up.

After just spanks from the branches. The sky reverted to the sunny day of before. And after another minute of hanging, the hum of the bracelets cut out, and the energy bolts from the sky and ground vanished. Lisa dropped unceremoniously to the ground in a heap.

As she rose making sure to pull her skirt down, the deep voice she had heard before once again intoned “RESIDENT 69. YOU MAY NOW RETURN TO TOWN. NON-COMPLIANCE IS NOT TOLERATED”

Without even stopping to pick up her hat or fix her hair, Lisa ran back to the car and started towards town.
