You need SOMETHING to cover up with, your hands aren't gonna fool anyone as a costume.
You follow the same line of people you saw Shannon pass, and you notice a pattern. Shannon taps a shoulder abd rushes past, they turn to see V's titties stumbling toward them before she passes, and you run to follow, with a whistle or 2 signalling that this little circus act was getting attention.
Shannon finally heads up the stairs to the 2nd floor, but you're closing on your target. Miss V is a few steps up when you have your chance to catch up with her.
