Flora and Fauna

The plants and animals that can be found on Howaru are the same that exist on real-life Earth, from dogs or cows to lions or elephants. There are, however, a couple of differences:

1. As opposed to our Earth, some prehistoric species have survived long enough to cohabit with modern animals. This is the case of mammoths and smilodons, but also several types of dinosaurs and pterosaurs.

2. There are no horses, camels or donkeys in Howaru. As a result, the only means of transportation are either by foot or on a cart pulled by human slaves.
