First time tied (and curious).

Starla was pretty repressed.
Her boyfriend Fred wanted her to loosen up.

Her roommate Sara was much more fun and wilder.

As such, she asked her roommate to tie her up as a surprise for Fred.

Sara agreed, as long as she could agree how dressed (or undressed) Starla was.

That's how she ended up face down on her bed in her stockings and garters...and nothing else.
Her dress lay down at her feet while she was tied pillar to post.

The gag was the last step as Sara left.
