Chapter 2 by ClawsinHerMind ClawsinHerMind

Who finds the lamp?

Felicity Cook, a 20-year-old college student

It was a day like any other for Felicity. She had gone to her classes, worked on one of her assignments, and finally gone out to do her shopping for the week. She didn't need much and there was a small grocery store not far from campus, so she had decided to walk. The autumn air was cool and refreshing and she enjoyed the quiet when she was by herself. As she made her way down the road, she almost didn't notice the lamp sitting just off the sidewalk. If she had been in a hurry, she likely wouldn't have spotted it or bothered to examine it. It was an old oil lamp like the kind she'd seen in a movie sometime. It sat on its side as if it had been discarded unceremoniously. She wasn't all that interested in antiques, but it could be a nice decoration. Garbage-picking furniture or appliances left at the street wasn't that unusual after all.

As she reached out and touched it, she felt a kind of aura all around her. A shiver ran through her followed by a flash of light. She blinked a couple times and found that the lamp was now sitting upright in the same spot as before. Had she knocked it over when she had been startled a moment ago? And what was that anyway? A disbeliever in anything supernatural, Felicity imagined what else could have caused the strange occurrence. Maybe bending over caused her vision to blur like when she stood up too quickly. Maybe it was a prank item that shocks you at the touch. In any case, the thing gave her a bad feeling now. Forget that, she would leave it be and continue on her way. She was about to do just that, but when she turned around a tall man with long black hair stood looming over her. She let out an involuntary scream.

"Where did you come from!" she shouted. "Why would you sneak up on me without saying anything?"

"I didn't sneak. I appeared here as soon as you laid claim to my lamp there. Congratulations by the way, it's yours now!"

There was something obviously wrong with this man. Not just the way he had appeared suddenly, but the wicked grin he wore and the tone of his voice suggested he had less than altruistic intentions. She didn't know what he meant by her claiming his lamp. She had just barely gotten a look at it before he startled her.

"I'm sorry for touching your lamp, but it was just sitting there. I don't want it so I'm just going to leave, ok?"

"You can leave, but I'm afraid you'll find the lamp belongs to you now. I'll explain everything, but first, why don't I demonstrate? You there!"

Felicity followed the man's eyeline to see an older woman watering her flowers. At the sound of his voice, she looked up with a frown.

"You see this young woman here?" he asked. "What do you wish for her to be?"

"I wish she would be quiet and calm down!" she yelled crankily, clearly referring to Felicity's cry of surprise a moment ago.

As soon as she said it, the woman went back to what she had been doing as if she hardly registered the interaction. Felicity was truly confused now, but she felt less worried about the man standing next to her. In fact, the anxious feeling she'd had since touching the lamp had gone. Nevertheless, she wanted answers. Who was this guy and what was any of the stuff he was talking about?

"What was that?" she spoke in a quiet voice. "Huh?"

The volume of her voice was just above a whisper, preventing her from showing the strong will she wanted to convey. It irritated her, but didn't set off any alarms in her head. She still felt a strange calm over her that she couldn't explain.

"I'll explain quickly before you start to get riled up again. I am a djinn and this is my lamp. The rules that control my magic dictate that I must grant any wish made about you, the new owner of the lamp. Unfortunately for you, you don't get any wishes yourself. You'll have to find other people who will make wishes on your behalf. There are some additional conditions that I'll explain, but I still sense doubt from you. Try to raise your voice and see what happens."

"Of course you sense doubt, I don't believe a word of it." she said in a hushed monotone. "Ugh, stop it. Why can't I..."

Her anxiety was slowly returning as she tried and failed to shout a single word at the creepy man who claimed to have magical powers.

"I decided that 'be quiet' is a constant state, while 'calm down' is a single action. You'll probably have a stronger reaction to the next wishes I grant. Speaking of which..."

I truck full of frat bros was slowly cruising down the road heading towards the two of them. It was a Friday afternoon and it seemed that these four had gotten an early start on their weekend of drinking and debauchery. The one in the passenger side rolled down his window to cat-call the poor girl, before the djinn intervened.

"I wish you had some real big tits!" hooted the drunk college student.

The truck drove past without stopping, but Felicity could hear the sound of laughter and cheers from the occupants inside. It was only when she turned back to the djinn that she felt anything amiss. Her chest, which was currently a set of respectable b-cups, started to itch. To her horror, she felt a pressure that grew into an undeniable **** start to push her chest further and further outwards. She hugged her breasts to her chest tightly trying to stop their sudden expansion, but her resistance only increased the pressure she felt. Finally they halted their growth once they had become large e-cup tits. On Felicity's slim frame, they stood out like a hooker at the queen's palace.

"Now you see that I'm real, don't you? I was hoping for a physical change to start out with. People are so resistant to magic they try to deny compulsions or other mental changes, even if the excuse is nonsense."

Felicity stood in shock at the undeniable proof that the man she was talking to possessed the power to change her own body. The earlier struggle made sense now that she realized this was real. First her voice and now her breasts had been altered by a couple of strangers.

"Why? What would make you do this? How come I don't get to make my own wishes?" She asked, suddenly full of questions for the wish-granting djinn.

"Like I said, that's just the way my magic works. I can only grant the wishes of those around you. But there are a few other rules you need to know as well. Firstly I can make people wish without them even meaning to. I don't get to control the wish itself, but I can ensure that it will be an honest one. Any inhibitions or fear of judgement is removed so that the individual may wish freely. Most of the time they don't remember what they even said. Secondly, the lamp is yours whether you want it or not. The only way to pass it on to a new master is for someone to wish you free of it, much like a more common djinn must do. If someone truly has no wishes for you to change at all, they will answer that they like you 'just the way you are.' Oh, and why do I do this? Aside from the magic compelling me to grant wishes, I enjoy changing mortals for the sake of entertainment."

It was all impossible, except she couldn't convince herself of that now. Felicity took in the information with newfound purpose. She would just have to play along. If there was a way to get rid of this djinn, she'd just have to find somebody she knew could break the curse for her. First though, she'd try to undo her current predicament. Being stuck unable to raise her voice would be incredibly inconvenient for her and her heavy breasts looked ridiculous on her.

"Fine, but can you get back inside the lamp? I'm just going to find someone to make a wish and get this over with and I don't want to have you following me all the way back to campus."

"As you wish..." the djinn replied with a grin.

Who does she go looking for?
