'According to sources, this was made back in late 2006 when the film was first announced. Boy, I'm sure whoever made this must've been really disappointed when they went to the theater and saw that the devourer of worlds was a giant CGI space cloud, lol! Though TBF, that giant CGI space cloud was pretty cool in a Lovecraftian cosmic horror kinda way. And canonically, Galactus doesn't have a true form so you can't say the film's interpretation of him was not NOT accurate.
