What's next?

Facing the Music

"What do you mean it's Friday night?" Saide's voice cracked, her eyes wild with disbelief. She had woken up only moments ago to find Michael already home from his trip. He wasn't supposed to be home until Friday night. To Sadie, it was only Thursday night. But Michael dropped the bomb on that Thursday had come and gone and that it was in fact Friday night. He'd done his best to calm her nerves knowing that she'd be understanably freaked out.

"Babe, I know it's a lot but look you're back and I'm here. I didn't know. I came home and found a hopper in you," Michael's voice was a mix of exhaustion and worry. He hated when Sadie looked at him like that, her eyes wide with shock and betrayal. He'd seen that look before, but that was when she first learned about his hopping ability. They'd long grown past that.

Sadie's breath hitched, her eyes still wide. "So what exactly happened? The last thing I remember was leaving the gym Thursday morning."

"Well, honestly I don't know about what happened between then and now. I really only know what happened after I came home," Marcus lied. He was going to tell Sadie about Marcus's "job" but he wanted to wait for her to settle down first. Michael knew they'd have to talk about it eventually, but he didn't want to dump it all on her at once.

Sadie's mouth opened and closed, her brain clearly trying to process the information. "So some random hopper just mounted me? What are the chances of that? I thought bodyhoppers were super rare."

"I mean we are but I guess lighting has to strike somewhere. I've seen other hoppers before but only like twice," he said, getting up to take the cookies out of the oven. "They're really strange too. Most don't even consider the women they mount as actual people. More like-"

"More like sacks of meat," Sadie finished for him, her voice dripping with sarcasm. She rose from the couch, her body trembling with a mix of anger and adrenaline. "So, some random hopper just decided to just take me out for a joyride?"

Michael nodded, avoiding her gaze. He knew she was pissed, and rightfully so. But he also knew that she wasn't angry at him. "Cookie?" Michael offered, holding out the baking sheet full of freshly baked cookies. He smiled his awkward smile at his lover as he tried to placate her with baked goods.

Sadie raised an eyebrow at him, her lips curving up into a small smirk as she looked at the cookies. "You're trying to calm me down with the cookies that I made while being controlled like a flesh puppet?"she asked, her voice giving away her easing frustration. She could never stay mad when Michael was around. Stupid, cute bastard.

"I mean, only if it's working," Michael said, shrugging and flashing her a sheepish grin. He knew she was only pretending to be mad at him. Sadie loved it when he tried to bribe her with food, it was one of his favorite quirks about her.

Sadie rolled her eyes but took a cookie from the tray, her expression softening. "You're such an idiot, you know that?" she said, her voice warm despite the words. She took a bite, chewing thoughtfully. "Mmm, these are good. The asshole must have read through my mind to find the recipe."

"Yeah, he was definitely trying to place house when I first got back. He had you dressed up in a cute little apron and everything. It was honestly kind of hot," Michael said. He knew Sadie secretly liked it she found out what her body did while she was mounted. It was one of their kinks, one of the things that made their relationship special.

Sadie snorted, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Yeah, well, I'm glad you at least got something out of this whole ordeal," she said, taking another bite of her cookie. She chewed thoughtfully, her gaze distant. "Seems like you and him had some fun at my expense. Are you going to explain to me why I woke up naked, sitting on the couch with cum seeping out of my pussy?" Saide asked dryly. She was clearly still annoyed but accepted that moments like this were somewhat common when you had a bodyhopper for a boyfriend.

Michael grimaced, running a hand through his short brown hair. "Yeah, about that. I uhh sort of fucked you while you were mounted," Michael admitted, his eyes cast downwards as he rubbed the back of his neck. He knew Sadie wouldn't be too upset about it but he still felt a bit guilty.

"You did what?" Sadie's voice was a mix of surprise and amusement. She raised an eyebrow at him, her lips curving up into a small smile. "You couldn't wait? I was really looking forward to the 'honey, I'm home' sex. God that asshole stole it from me. It feels like it was amazing," she said, her voice a mix of annoyance and amusement. She took another bite of her cookie, chewing thoughtfully as she watched Michael's reaction. She enjoyed teasing him, enjoyed seeing the guilt and desire warring in his eyes.

Michael sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I'm sorry, Sadie baby. But he said he wouldn't leave your body until I had sex with you. You know how hoppers are."

"Yeah true, my boyfriend is one. He's a real charmer," Said said as she pressed herself against him. Her form felt warm and framiliar. "But I still think you need to make it up to me. After all, you got to experiance all of me while I was gone," Sadie purred, her voice a mix of playful teasing and subtle desire. She ran her fingers through Michael's hair, tilting his head down to meet her gaze. Her eyes sparkled with a mischievous gleam as she moved in for a kiss. Michael met her halfway, their lips pressing together in a hungry, **** kiss. He pulled her closer, his hands gripping her waist, feeling the smooth, soft skin beneath his fingertips. Sadie moaned into his mouth, her body pressed tightly against his. This is the feeling he'd missed. Before was all just a false facade. Sure it was Sadie's body earlier but this was different. This was the real deal. This was the love of his life. And Sadie felt it too. She didn't hesitate in pulling at him to the bedroom. Practically begging him to come with her. But he knew he still needed to talk to her about what Marcus said.

Michael broke the kiss, his breath ragged. "Babe, wait before we keep going I need to talk to you about something."

Sadie let out a soft growl of frustration as stopped tugging on him as hard. "Can't it wait? I thought you wanted to make it up to me?" she whined, her voice filled with desire.

Michael sighed, "Listen babe, Marcus, the hopper that was in you, said some pretty weird shit before he left. I think you should know."

Sadie's brow furrowed, her frustration momentarily replaced with curiosity. She let go of Michael's hand, crossing her arms over her ample chest. "Alright, well spit it out. What did he say?"

Michael took a deep breath, trying to find the right words. He knew this wasn't going to be easy. "He talked about some kind of weird shady organization. Called like the Body Masons or something. He said they provide bodyhopping services to...high-profile clients. And he mentioned that he mounted you because you had caught the eye of one of their clients," Michael finished, watching Sadie's expression carefully for her reaction.

Sadie's eyes widened, her arms uncrossing as she took a step back. "Wait, what? Some rich asshole wanted to fuck me so he hired some shady ass bodyhopper organization? That's... that's so fucked up," her voice shaking with disbelief.

Michael reached out for Sadie, his hand touching her shoulder gently. "I know, babe. It pissed me off too but you deserve to know it. But it gets worse. The asshole tried to recruit me into the organziation. Saying something about how bodyhoppers are rare so they recruit whoever they can find."

Sadie stared at her boyfriend for a second, her expression a mix of shock and anger. "What? Are you kidding me?" she demanded, her voice shaking with outrage. "You were offered a job at this fucked place and you didn't immediately tell me about this?"

Michael shrugged, realizing that Sadie was actually getting mad at him this time. "Well, I-I was going to tell you, babe. But I didn't want to overwhelm you. I didn't want to alarm you any more than you already were."

Sadie rolled her eyes, her arms crossing over her chest again. "Alarm me? Michael, they fucking mounted me and used my body for God knows what. Probably making a shit ton of money from it. Literally making me fuck some random ass dude. And they want to hire you? That's alarming on a whole new level," Sadie said, her eyebrows furrowing together in disbelief and anger. "What the hell were you thinking, not telling me about this?"

Michael's shoulders slumped, and he rubbed the back of his neck. "I know, I know. I'm sorry, babe. I should have told you as soon as you woke up. I just didn't want to add more stress to your plate," he said, his voice soft. He really didn't think he messed up here but he wasn't about to argue with her here.

But at the sametime, Sadie took a deep breath. She knew he was right. Waking up after an unexpected mounting was stressful enough. She knew he was trying to protect her. After all, he'd only held onto that little piece of information for a couple of hours. "It's fine, I'll probably never sleep again but it's fine. I'm sorry I freaked out. That's a lot to take in," Sadie relented, her voice softening. She uncrossed her arms, her eyes meeting Michael's. "But we can't just let this go. What if he comes back? Or worse, more than one come back."

Michael nodded in agreement. "I was thinking the same thing. He gave me a business card and told me where to find them. I was thinking we might play a little under cover investigation. You know?" he said as he picked up the business card from the table. It was an oddly designed card with a black background and a simple embossed white circle in the center. The circle contained the letters TBM. The other side simply had an address on it. No name, no phone number, just an address in a part of town known for both its gentrification but also its seediness.

"And what kind of investigation would that be?" Saide asked, snapping Michael back to reality.

"I don't know. I was thinking maybe I could go down there any check the place out. At least get a better idea for what we're dealing with," he replied. "I mean, it's obvious we can't just let this go. We need to know more about them and what they do."

Sadie uncrossed her arms and let out a heavy sigh. "Fine," she conceded. "But I'm coming with you."

"What, no way! And risk you getting mounted again? No way in hell, Sadie." Michael's voice was firm, his brows furrowed with concern.

Sadie squared her shoulders, her eyes flashing with determination. "And risk you walking into a den of snakes alone? Not a chance." she retorted.

Michael ran a hand through his hair, a sigh escaping his lips. "Listen babe, there's no way for me to protect you from another bodyhopper. They can just take you at any moment, you know that," Michael argued.

Sadie's eyes flashed with defiance, but she knew he was right. The more she thought about it the more she grew frustrated. A person had no defenses when it came to a bodyhopper mounting them. It had never been a problem before because the only hopper Sadie knew was Michael. Not only did she trust him but he also literally loved her. She knew he'd take care of her while he was inside her. But some random hopper? That was a whole different story.

"Fuck. I guess you're right. But you have to be careful going in there, babe. Who knows what these people want," Sadie relented.

"I know and I will. I just need to see what we're up against here. But I also need you to be more vigilant now. Pay attention to people's reflections. I don't know if they will try and come after you again," Michael said, his voice serious. The thought terrified him. Sure he could mount Sadie and then no other hopper could but then Sadie would be supressed in her own body again.

"Don't worry about me, babe. I will be. But listen, all this serious talk is stressing me out. If only there were someone here who could help me relieve that stress," Sadie cooed, her hands sliding up Michael's chest, her fingers tracing the lines of his muscles through his shirt. Marcus had basically left her in heat. She needed a release and she desperately wanted to change the topic. Her eyes sparkled with a familiar mischief, and Michael couldn't help but feel his body responding to her touch.

"Sadie, we can't just-" he started, but she cut him off with a kiss. It was a soft, teasing kiss, her lips brushing against his, her tongue darting out to taste him.

"I know we can't. But we can do something else," she murmured against his lips as she lead him into the bedroom.
