Experiment gone wrong...

As tensions mount and atomic war seems near, agent Jack Delaney prepares to step into the time booth. Hoping to go back in time, to save an assassinated president and change the future. However just as the machine is activated, a blinding flash of light fills the room from the first nuclear detonation. The time machine sparks and shudders, Jack just has time to realize something has gone very wrong before he vanishes.

As Jack Delaney's world went white, there was an electrifying surge of power that rushed through his veins. When he came to, he found himself in a blasted desert as a series of strange musical notes played. The big 44. magnum hand gun was in his hand, as he saw a young lass in a blue and gold jumpsuit fighting a group of monsters. Instantly he lifted the gun and fired saving the woman, as the last monster fell his world flashed and he vanished again suddenly back in the machine. 'Wha…' He thought… but before the word could leave his mouth, the machine is activated, a blinding flash of light fills the room from the first nuclear detonation. As Jack Delaney disappeared once more, plunged into darkness, he couldn't help but wonder where he was being pulled. Was this the result of an untested hypothesis, or perhaps the consequences of interfering with the timeline? As he slowly came back to consciousness, he found himself in yet another place, unfamiliar, yet strange details began to click.

The music was unlike anything Jack had ever heard before, like an ancient hymn echoing in his soul. He looked at his hand, and to his amazement, the 44. Magnum was still there. It seemed that no matter where he was, he always had his trusted weapon by his side.

Once again a person was being attacked… a man this time dressed in ragged clothing and military metal armor. He was shooting a massive deadly looking horned lizard, and once again Jack Delaney saved the day like some kind of magnum wielding guardian angel. A mysterious stranger in a blasted and destroy land… not of the past he came to understand… but of the future! What was truly going on here? And just as he was about to question, the world around them started to flash… and just like that, Jack vanished once again.
