Escape

Clara bit her lip, cheeks heating up as she realised just what her situation entailed. Even if they could get out of this section, they still had to get past the rest of the crew, and doing that in their current state...

"So, the, uh, thing," Clara said, voice high. "Can we get rid of it?"

"They can," Me said. "It's drawn to energy sources. Anything that can shoot it back up into space will be fine. Bait and trap. Doesn't help us."

They stood back to back, both a little self-conscious about turning around, though their current physical contact still brought a flush to their cheeks. They still wanted to keep an eye out.

"So, uh, we just tell them that and get out?" Clara said. She squeaked as Me shifted back, pressing against her.

"Are you volunteering to go back to the door?" Me said.

"We can't just stay in here!" Clara said.

Something rattled outside; Clara jumped, hurrying to the door to make sure it stayed shut, bare chest pressing against the metal. The Pting didn't seem to be getting any closer, at least. Not that it was helping them get their clothes back.

Where had they come in from anyway? Down that hallway, up that one...

Then even if they could get through the door, they'd descended quite a few floors of the Sandminer to reach this area. Their TARDIS was all the way up. Clara flushed; it wasn't like they had a choice.

"Start running on five?" Clara said. "I don't want that thing to decide it fancies trying something organic too."

She felt Me nod behind her. Quickly Clara counted down; Me was the one that ran to the door, sliding it open, before turning, evidnetly wiating for Clara.

Clara faltered a moment, cheeks warming. Somehow Me being naked too wasn't as comforting as it should have been; part of it was just the reminder of her own state. Seeing her slightly uncanny companion with her cheeks pink, her tits only concealed behind a V of a slim arm that still left all the curves in plain view, the join of her legs covered by a single shaking hand...

Did she look like that too? And more importantly, who knew the immortal had been hiding a body that good under her outfit?

No, not the time. Clara swallowed, cheeks blazing, and darted out ahead.

It made sense for her to run first, she knew. She couldn't get out of breath thanks to what the Time Lords had done, her trainers were much better suited for running around than Me's heavy boots... but that didn't stop the squeal escaping her lips as she flashed her behind.

She darted ahead, stumbling to catch her breath as she reached the door they'd come in through. She yelped as Me bumped into her, bare skin brushing bare skin.

"Ok, we saw it, you can let us out!" Clara shouted, voice running just a little high.

There was a quiet moment. Clara nervously glanced back over her shoulder, then back at the door, not sure whether she was warier of the Pting or running naked past the crew.

"Why should we?" Severin's voice came through, muffled.

"We know what caused this!" Me said. Her voice shook slightly. "It's not interested in anything organic. You can lure it somewhere with an energy source, then shoot it into space or something, you can deal with it."

"Now let us get back to our ship!" Clara said.

She hesitated. She didn't know what to make of the crew, whether Severin was genuinely callous or just ****. Either way she hoped this would be enough; if they'd survived this long then there was no real danger.

Well, no physical danger. Embarrassment aplenty though.

The door started to shifted. Clara and Me's eyes met, red-faced, and at the first opportunity they barrelled through the doorway. No way were they stopping to talk!

Clara squeaked, streaking nude past the guards, and thankfully getting around a corner. Me wasn't far behind.

"Any idea where to go?" Me said.

Clara whimpered, then jumped as an automatic door slid open near them. A crew member walked out, stopping suddenly at the sight of the two nude woman. Squeaking, Clara took off in the opposite direction.

Up would be a good bet. They'd definitely come down a lot of stairs. Cheeks burning, and really trying to not think too hard about what the people she was pushing past were seeing, she ran up any stairs she passed.

Me followed, just as red.

The bay they'd arrived in was big. Hopefully it'd be hard to miss, and-

"There!" Me said. Clara glanced back, her companion flushing as Clara looked at her. She was gesturing with one hand, flashing her tits for a moment.

Clara looked at where she was pointing, and quickly nodded, relieved. They really didn't want to miss that. Both blushing, they darted out into the bay they'd landed in and hurried to their TARDIS.

Oh god. Clara bit her lip; she couldn't wait to get dressed again.

Panting, Me fiddled with the edge of the canvas. A few moments later and it opened, she and Clara hurrying through the frame, a glimpse of their asses the last the crew of the Sandminer saw of the duo.

Me was the first to the console, hurriedly hitting a few buttons as the doors closed behind them. Clara flushed, crossing one arm over her boobs and standing closer. She caught her breath.

"Ought to be something to wear onboard, there's always a wardrobe," Me said after a moment. "Agree never to talk about that again?"

"Yeah," Clara squeaked. She hesitated. "Uh. How big is this TARDIS?"

"Why are you asking that now?!" Me said. Flushing she reached for a screen, typing with her right hand, left still trying to maintain some modesty. "About the size of a medium galaxy. Time Lord tech. Why?"

"Um," Clara said, nervously. She blushed. "Do we actually know where the wardrobe is?"

There was a rather long silence.
