Erica's Career

Erica was proud of where her career was going. She started out thinking she wasn't going to accomplish much in life. She bounced from job-to-job, until she found the right fit at TDD Marketing. Her true growth came when she met her mentor, Austin. Austin was critical in Erica's growth. Anytime she was in a bind, Austin would help her figure her way out. When she didn't have an answer for a client, Austin would dive in and save the day. At all times, it seemed like Austin was just as interested in Erica's growth as she was. It didn't hurt that Austin was one of the major managers of the firm. Austin also started on the ground floor and worked his way up. At this point, he was handling marketing contracts for some of the largest companies in the world. Erica dreamed of getting to this level, but she would have to bring in far more clients if she was going to get the promotion she desired.
