Emergency Milk Program

After a virus wipes out most of the world’s cows, milk has become incredibly scarce. While many turned to the milk alternatives to replace cow’s milk, to many this wasn’t good enough. There was a market for natural milk, and the government knew that they had to take advantage of this. The only question was, where to get the milk? The answer, young busty women. This secret program was quickly instituted nationwide. On the day of a girl’s eighteenth birthday, they would undergo a mandatory physical. If the girl had a cup size of G or greater would be **** to join the program. To the public, she was offered a top secret position. However, the truth is much more sinister. The girls are taken to a government facility where they are **** to undergo a transformation, **** causing their breasts to grow to obscene sizes and produce more milk in a day than a cow could in a week. Obviously most of the girls are **** to be turned into cattle, so in addition to their other modifications, they are also pumped full of aphrodisiacs and given sexual stimulation to wash away their past. They will remain part of the program for 7 years. At that point, the government will release them, wiping their memory of their time in the facility. There are exceptions to this, including but not limited to the girl being a top producer or a higher up taking a shine to the girl and keeping them for personal use.

Outside of this part of the program, there are a few other groups working towards a similar goal.

Science Team: The science team is a group working to improve the program. This includes stronger **** that allow for girls with smaller chests to become part of the program. There is also the group looking into ways to increase the average bust size of the populace. These scientists are given permission to acquire specimen for their experiments. This could range from a single person to an entire town with the proper approval.

Hunters: Hunters have two purposes. Finding any escapees or cattle that slipped through the cracks is their primary objective. The secondary objective is to acquire any late bloomers or those with high compatibility with the ****. Late bloomers are fairly easy to identify, being women between the ages of 18 and 25 who developed large breasts. The high compatibility women were harder to find, but in cooperation with the science team, they now have a radar to detect those women.

Third Party Contractors: These are farms outside of the government that have more freedom in how they undergo the goal of producing milk. They are able to keep cows longer and are not limited by breast size. They have also been known to use morally dubious methods, but as long as they are producing the government looks the other way.

Stories in this setting must be relevant to the world. (ie New Government Cow, Science Team Member, Third Party Cow, etc). Chapters must be titled with the name of the POV character, their age and gender, and their position in the world.
