Elsa changes Rapunzel's diaper.

"Now, let's get you changed too," said Elsa, picking up the other princess by her armpits and bringing her to the changing table.

Rapunzel sucked on her pacifier contently as Elsa lifted her skirt above her belly-button and untaped her diaper.

"Looks like someone had an accident, didn't they? My stinky little baby," cooed Elsa.

Anna looked up at the changing table, Rapunzel in a fit of giggles as Elsa lifted her by her legs. Rapunzel must have pooped while Elsa was changing her, and she was fine with that. Anna could not help but find Rapunzel's laughter infectious as she started laughing too.

"Ahh, that's cold!" Said Rapunzel, startled as Elsa started wiping her down. Something about Elsa using wet wipes just made them that much colder. Elsa replaced her diaper with anew one and began to undress Rapunzel, leaving her wearing nothing but her diaper and pacifier as she set her on the ground.

Rapunzel smiled behind her pacifier to Anna, reassuring the princeess that despite everything, Anna was in good hands. No matter what mess Anna makes, Elsa will always be better to clean it up and be there to help. After all, isn't that was big sisters do?
