“Did you see my announcement?” the Aussie asked proudly.

“Well, it just got me wondering… are you going to quit WSW now?”

Elsa’s reactively lurched back as if that were a physical strike to her person. ‘What?! No! Why would I do that?’ she laughed nervously.

“Well, remember we were talking about how serious your relationship was with Kelsy and you said that you could still do WSW because you two weren’t really an item? Well, now you officially are… so…” Something occurred to the strawberry blonde, “Does she even know about you doing WSW?”

Elsa paused and thought about it. She had been so caught up in her new relationship status that she hadn’t really considered what it actually meant. Kelsy was officially her girlfriend, which meant that they were going steady and Elsa shouldn’t be going out with other people. But WSW wasn’t about dating, it was a sport with sexual overtones. She doubted she could argue that it was just sexual. She would need to come out to Kelsy about this in one way or another.

She gave a defeated sigh, almost physically deflating. “Ahhh… … … ”

“Yeah…” Jen replied quietly.

“Have you told Dani?” Elsa asked back.

“No!” Jen replied defensively. “Dani would want to know everything about it and that would put everyone’s WSW time at risk at the school!”

“Are things getting more serious between you two?”

It was Jennifer’s turn to let out a defeated sigh. Elsa felt that this would be a longer talk, so guided them to some seats in the common area. Jen took a moment to collect her thoughts then leaned in and spoke in a low tone.

“Well… Dani saw the post too… we kind of talked about it for a bit…” Jen explained. “It kind of made me wonder what our relationship status is right now… I mean we’ve gone out together a few times now too and we get along, but Dani doesn’t show any signs of taking things any further… ah… statuswise…” She blushed and looked away, giving Elsa a hint that they’ve taken things further in other aspects of their relationship.

“So fuck buddy?” Elsa teased.

Jen covered her face in embarrassment. “I’ve never had one before!”

“Kind of hot though, isn’t it?”

“Y-yeah…” Jen shrank in her seat, still covering her face.

“So is that a good thing or a bad thing?” Elsa wondered out loud. “You don’t have any strings attached, you can play around and do your own thing, including WSW and you still get to keep seeing her!”

“Yeah,” Jen agreed. “But I don’t know how long I can keep WSW from her. She’s really good at getting things out of me…” Again her cheeks started to redden and she looked away in shame. Elsa smirked. She knew her roommate was very good at extracting information, willing to go to whatever means to get what she wanted. “I-I’m actually thinking about breaking things off before she learns too much!” Jen went on.

“Well, if she’s just looking for a casual relationship, it shouldn’t be a problem, no?”

“I don’t know if I can risk it…” Jen explained. “The more we’re together the more she wants to know about me. She already knows about my family, my dog at home… My childhood crush on Ruffnutt from How to Train Your Dragon!

“Wait, which one was that?”

“The girl twin.”

“Not the main character’s love interest?”

“She’s got a lot of good qualities… I-I don’t want to get into it!” Jen gasped, covering her face again. She then let out a sigh and said, “Look, the point is, I don’t think I can do relationships and WSW… I don’t know what you want to do, but I would miss you if you gave up wrestling…”

“Well, that’s not going to happen anytime soon,” Elsa assured her. She did need to address the concern sooner or later though. Was her new relationship with Kelsy worth giving up on her new hobby? Maybe there was a way she could have both. Maybe she would lose both by trying.
