Echoes of Darkness

Battle rages all around you. You slide your blade from the body of the last soldier to attack you and take in your surroundings. You convoy has been completely split up. Most are running back towards the city. Your family, however, is currently split up and trying to survive.

"REIK VARR!" A group of Sundarians let out a war cry and charge at the oncoming wave of enemies. Severely outnumbered, their **** is inevitable. But they might be able to buy you enough time to help your family. You look around, never prouder of an idea you've had before. Your sacred band was currently split up to protect your family. You know you will need to help them, but which one do you help first?

To your left, the queen/your aunt is being surrounded by enemies, Isaac races her way to intercept the soldiers. To your right, the king/your uncle is fending off enemies with the help of Heraclius. Behind you, the high priestess/your mom, is using her magic to protect her servants while Nikaeus fights off surrounding soldiers. Not too far from her your father and Basil are cutting a line open for the citizens. Past them, your sister, Irene, is trying to make it back to the convoy while being escorted by Theodore. And off in the distance, princess Anna is seeking cover behind a broken wagon while Belisarius stands in front of her protectively.
