As you browse the various books of the tower's library, you think to yourself that if you ever get outside of the tower, which is more probable now that you are a fully accomplished mage, you might get some training on more advanced shields and other defense mechanics. Searching for the books on spells from the creation and spirit school was harder than it would seem. Then you noticed one at the table and with an accomplished groan you reached out for it, not even noticing the elf sitting behind the desk.

" Do you need something ? If not then step back, you are in my light ? " With your hand on the book, you look down at the annoyed elf.

" Ehh, what ? "

" I am trying to study. Please, have some consideration for a fellow mage. "

" You are just an apprentice no ? "

" I am. But soon I will be a mage. It is my chance to prove that elves are as worthy as humans and then they are not just fit to be servants. "

" Yeah. I agree with you on that one. Would you mind if I would take this book ? "

" Sure, take it. I haven't had time to put it back yet. And now please, if you could step away ? You are still blocking my light and interrupting me. "

You take the book and slowly back away. " Riiiight. Sorry. " With a book now in your hands, you could go find a quiet place to study or you could interrupt your new friend a bit more ?
