A new 22 year old neighbor, a single woman and first time home buyer purchases the house between Alison's and Charlotte's...basically coming between them and John. He helps move her in carrying boxes while the movers unload the furniture, while carrying a box labeled 'unmentionables' he trips spilling its contents on the floor.
