Drop the topic and change it to something else.

Not wanting to push Jeff further you decide to drop the topic. You decide to lean back in your chair. “Whatever. Seeing anyone new lately?” You ask deciding to change the topic. Jeff looks at you with one eyebrow raised “Huh? Uh no, just no. Why did you ask?” He says curiously.

You simply shrug. “I just wanted to know if you were dating someone that’s all. Honestly speaking if you are dating someone, I would be surprised.” You say. “Hey, I can get girls!” He speaks with a pout. You laugh at his response. “Yeah, girls in dating games. Girls in real life aren’t exactly 2D you know.” You retort back.

Jeff punches your arm playfully. “Don’t act like you can’t land a girl either!” You give out a smirk. “Maybe your right. But right now, I think I can pick up any guy I want.” You say confidently with a devious grin. “I didn’t know you were a gay dude,” Jeff says a bit taken a back by your comment. You punch his arm hard. Making him wince in pain.

“Just look at me dude. Who wouldn’t want to get with a chick like this.” You say confidently. “I wouldn’t. Knowing how much of a brute you are.” He says laughing at you. Having enough you lean in closer to Jeff's face. “Just admit it already. You think I’m hot. I know you've been looking at me with those hungry eyes of yours.” You say playfully.

Jeff simply blushes as he tries to say something.

But it was too late as the bell rang. You stick out your tongue at him. “See you at lunch loser.” You say getting the last word in as you walk out of your classroom and toward your next.
