Dr. Chakwas

Being a doctor is important, sure. But being a doctor on a front line ship that sees lots of ground action, is even more important. And this is the moral fiber with which Dr. Karen Chakwas carries herself. Not with an arrogance, but with humility. Although there are times when her own patching up the crew runs her into the menagerie of sex organs, and sometimes at full mast.

As Dr. Chakwas sits alone in her med bay, she awaits the imminent return of the landing party. She's already received the preliminary report of the injuries she can expect, so within a few minutes she prepared 3 beds and the assortment of items and tools that she'd likely be needing. Going over the checklist in her head one more time: Shepard, torn shoulder and 2nd-3rd degree burn across is lower back and butt; Ashley, lacerations across her torso and bullet holes in her left quad; Liara, likely concussion, bleeding from her ears, broken wrists. All in all, not the worst case that she's had to patch them up.

Minutes go by and she waits, knowing that the shuttle has just docked with the Normandy SR-2, she know's the few crewmen appointed to help her will gurney them to the med bay.

The first to arrive was Commander Shepard, emergency sedation meds were automatically released upon breach of his armor. And as transmitted, the portion of his armor that was mostly missing was across his back and legs, where there were major burn wounds that described the scenario well. Almost as though he took a series of near direct hits from a cluster of frag grenades and inferno grenades. His arm was strapped across his chest, minimizing further damage to his torn shoulder. And it was clear he had a concussion. But not the worst shape she'd ever seen him in, when retuning from a high risk mission in Batarian space.

Getting his off the gurney and onto the bed was simple with the lab equipment there to handle that sort of transfer of a patient. Then came the removal of what remained of his armor. Accessing the quick release tabs at the joints made this a cinch, except for the armor junction near the burns. That was damaged beyond repair and needed to be cut away. Acting quickly, she grabbed the torch and began carefully cutting the armor apart in three places to make removing it easy, but also being careful enough to avoid further injuring Commander Shepard. Once completely removed, she was able to apply the aero medigel to the burn wounds across his back and legs, and inject a treatment for concussions and to ease him out of his emergency sedation cocktail.

The next to arrive is Ashley. She is bloodied and only semi-conscious. Her stems wearing off, making her groan in pain. And a quick switch to the med bay bed, the other two aides are off to collect the others.

'First things first,' Chakwas says to herself. She grabs a pair of scissors and begins to cut the armored jacket off of Ashely. Clearly the woman wears no bra, as her DD-cup tits are perfect and perky on their own. Taking a moment to look at the lacerations, Chakwas looks for other signs of injury beyond the obvious. Using the equipped bed scanner tech, it became evident that Ashley had cracked ribs as well. As she started to apply the upgraded medigel aerofoam to the lacerations across much of her upper body, including across her perfect tits.

The last to arrive was Liara. Upon entry it was no longer likely she had a concussion, but clear she did, as she was delirious about the state they were all in. Which, with a simple series of infusions, she'd be back up on her feet in no time. Also, the bleeding from her ears, and broken wrists were no problem, as another targeted series of injections would fix them up in no time.
