The instruction sheet is all in English, in clear terse prose, and crammed with information. There are a few little diagrams showing how to access hidden controls, replace batteries (tiny lithium cells you've seen at huge prices in drugstores both as your usual self and as Dawn), put the devices into different modes. It's obvious that the primary use of the black pen is to turn people into body suits that fit any wearer, and of the brown pen to give someone in such a suit the means for a perfect impersonation, but they are sort of Swiss Army Knives of impersonation and transformation: they may do most things a bit clumsily or inconveniently, but they can do them.

If you were really Dawn, you could zap yourself with the brown pen and at once be able to peel off a Dawn suit that someone else could wear or that you could seal up empty to become a perfect living copy! Zapping yourself with it as you are now would make you stuck as you are now, Dawn with the real you inside -- but then you'd be able to pull a suit of him out of your butthole or cunt! The additional settings on these devices allow copying memories from others, changing their behavior, controlling their minds, altering their bodies... it's all rather overwhelming.
