I craned my neck left and right. Once I was satisfied nobody was watching, I timidly reached out and placed my hand on her left breast. "So whose hand is on your tit?"

Immediately everyone in the room sprang up. There was a cacophony of overlapping voices as they all apologized and searched for napkins. The barista came out from behind the counter with a mop. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! I'm so clumsy-"

She stopped when she saw where my hand was. "I, uh, I'm- I'm sorry. This is so unprofessional!"

I wanted to let the scene play out so I said nothing. "Sorry for what?" Veronica asked pointedly. "I spilled the coffee."

The barista clearly didn't want to argue. "Sorry that I'm... touching you."

Veronica looked down. "You mean my boob? I'm touching it, not you." Both women looked at each other with confusion. Meanwhile, I was formulating an idea.

"I think I'm gonna take a stroll."

The barista shook her head. "On second thought, I should stick around. I just took my break."

Veronica, on the other hand, had pushed her chair back and was heading towards the door.
