Dee suspects you, but Tallula supports you

Dee didn't point, but instead simply nodded in your direction as her pacing stopped her behind her own chair. "My vote is for Malcolm Wolf. The evidence is, pardon the cliche, elementary. "... You and Wanda Croft are very different people," Dee retorted, trying not to point out the obvious difference that one was an overweight maid and the other was a slender heiress to a fortune.

"When I spoke to him in the hallway after we locked up Ms. Croft, he was very kind to me. When we finished the conversation, I felt proper peaceful, actually..."

"What did the two of you talk about that made you feel... proper peaceful?"

You were thankful for this turn of events-- her testimony had really undermined Dee's suspicions, even if the woman herself didn't look convinced. On the other hand, the woman's naivety made you want to cry. She really didn't remember a thing about being under the effects of the Ring of Ursa Minor, nor did the hole in her memories raise any suspicions for her.
