Day of the interview

I sat at the table, across from Cho Chang, Padma, and Parvati. None of which had any good news to tell me.

"Basically," said Padma, "all we have is rumors being spread from everywhere. Nobody knows what the tasks are." This was bad, and Isadora still hadn't come to me with information. Unless she was lying there probably wasn't much info going around right now. I wonder how Potter and Granger were doing? We had less than two weeks till the first task would begin.

And today we were being forced to do an interview with some lady to drum up more attention to the event. I wasn't particuarly happy to be in the spotlight. I could already tell a letter would be arriving for me as soon as the woman wrote whatever story she wanted. The thought of it made me nervous. I did have some ways to help deal with nerves.

I watched as the three girls whispered to themselves. I was stuck admiring each of them. Maybe I could make a move on one of them?
