Dave tucked the laminated Breeding Pass securely into his pocket, confirming its security. His heart sank upon realizing that The Front Rack--the scene of his first conquest--was sealed by a stern black gate, effectively blocking his original plan for a quick, second act of breeding. Frustrated, he turned away from the gated storefront, **** to acknowledge that his options were limited to the open areas of the mall.

He mentally cycled through the remaining known, attractive women. He had passed on the immediate targets of the pink-haired girl and the ill-tempered woman, and he had dismissed the strategic approach of going to The Lace and Silk Boutique. Instead, his eyes fell upon a young couple seated nearby on a bench, looking quiet and unassuming. Dave recognized the woman, Dawn Heartsinger, who had long been known to him as the "school's last virgin".

With a trembling hand, Dawn snatched the Pass, clutching it tightly. The prize was secured.

“W-we can’t... We’re not even married!” Dawn stammered, the words carrying the hollow echo of her shattered conviction.

Adam looked from Dawn to the card in her hand, utterly confused and furious. He was unable to grasp the true power of the Pass. “Dawn, what is wrong with you? Don’t listen to him! We are leaving now!” Adam reached for her arm, intent on pulling her away.

Dawn flinched, pulling her arm away from Adam as she looked pleadingly at Dave. The compulsion demanded fulfillment of the act.

“Where?” Dawn asked, her voice meekly accepting her fate.
