Description: Dalia is a tall, athletic woman with brown hair and eyes. She is a highly attractive woman, but that doesn't gather much attention for it because of her conservative choices for clothing and the stern facade she shows the world.

Biography:
Dalia grew up in the church of Riledo. From what the nuns have told her she was handed to a nun as a newborn baby by a desperate woman.

Growing up with the other orphans was hard when she was younger. Dalia was sensitive and desperate for someone to love her, and while the nuns cared for her, there were so many orphans they didn’t have time to give her the level of affection she needed. She was teased by the other children for crying so much, and as she grew she learned to hide her sensitivity, and to respond to other kids’ harsh words with her fists.

Dalia already had a reputation for being a problem when an older nun took her under her wing. The nun’s name was Judith, and she had been a Battle Nun in her younger years. Judith was a C-rank monk (a title she found hilarious as a nun), and had fought alongside her sisters for a decade. When Dalia got into fights with her fellow students or yelled at a teacher they began sending her to Judith.

With the older nun Dalia would sit and listen to her stories of fighting beasts and monsters and rebuilding destroyed homes. Then Judith would listen to Dalia tell of her battles with the other students and teachers. Over the next few years Dalia stopped being sent to Judith as much, and Judith instead became a tutor for her, teaching her about Imris and the Goddess’s will. When Dalia asked to begin training for service to the church, it was Judith that sponsored her.

Dalia, inspired by her mentor; studied, trained, and prayed to the Goddess for the chance to follow her mentor’s path and become a Battle Nun. Dalia struggled with book learning, but excelled at any sport, combat training or physical labor she was asked to do. She was never a top student, and her grasp of theology was rudimentary, but she earned the respect of her instructors for her dedication, work ethic and desire to please those above her.

Dalia’s prayers were answered and she received her hard-sought C-rank and fighter’s skills. She gave thanks to Imris for hearing her prayers and blessing her with the chance to fulfill her dream. The rest was easy. Dalia excels at tactics, is a natural leader and is both respected and loved by her sisters that serve with her as a Battle Nuns. She was one of the youngest to earn the chance to be a Battle Nun, only taking 5 months after her awakening to earn a spot, and a year later took over as the Head Sister of her party, leading her fellow nuns into battle.

After almost a decade of service, Dalia is one of the church’s most decorated nuns, having proven her talent and devotion time and time again. Her party is currently the prime party of Battle Nuns, serving in and around Riledo, answering directly to Priest Gabriel himself.

Dalia knows her time as a nun is closer to the end than the beginning, but the Goddess has chosen this time to send the Blessed One, sent to restore the line of kings, rebuild the bloodline of Zrephia and save Imris’ children from the threat of the vile demon king.

Everything Dalia has accomplished pales in the light of the Goddess’ will made flesh and standing before her. Even if she struggles to understand him.

Skills:
Skill 1: Blind thrust – Dalia provokes opponents to attack her instead of others.
Skill 2: Shield smash – Dalia performs a strong blow with her shield that sends her enemies flying.
Skill 3: Empowerment - Greatly increases Dalia’s physical strength for a few seconds
Skill 4: Thrill for combat – Dali’s senses and reaction speed increases so she becomes capable of dodging, blocking and deflecting incoming attacks.

Equipment and fighting style:
Dalia fights with a shield and mace. She wears heavy plate armor that is heavily decorated and embellished with religious symbols. Dalia is a talented fighter and ten-years into her time as a Battle Nun, she is extremely skilled and uses her abilities at a high level.

More than that, her leadership of her Battle Nuns is impeccable, getting the most out of them and their different skills. Her group is highly decorated for their successes, and Dalia's leadership has seen them through even when overmatched and forced to retreat.
