What's Kate's plan? Does she get someone's help, or does something happen to get in the way?

Curiouser and curiouser

Kate took a few steps back, thinking carefully. While she was up here, and while she was alone, she wanted to take the time to plan. There really didn't seem to be any good options when stuck naked in the middle of Gotham.

There were plenty of potential destinations, and she had to balance how close they were with how useful they'd be, and how easy the journey would be.

She paced in a vain effort to get used to the feel of the air against her skin, and the sound of voices far below carrying up. It was still overwhelming. Kate wasn't sure how long she ruminated, the more she dwelled the less she wanted to start the journey. At least on that rooftop she was far enough away from anyone seeing her.

Then a door was flung open. Kate jumped, spotting the door that was probably used by maintenance to get to the roof. Eyes widening, Kate crouched by a vent, cautiously peering out.

She froze as she saw who it was. A familiar blonde stood on the roof, meeting her eyes already.

"Curiouser and curiouser," Alice said. She smiled so playfully and sauntered closer.

Kate almost moved back, before realizing that would just bring her closer to the edge of the building. It wasn't like she could go anywhere there.

She looked back; Alice was still watching her, eyes moving up and down Kate's exposed body. Kate blushed furiously, more affected by Alice's gaze than she would have been most people.

"They did say the big scary bat was here," Alice teased. "My oh my, but so much of her."

Kate crossed her arms over her breasts, trying to keep what little dignity she had.

"And what do you want?" Kate said.
