Cult information

Chapter 12 by hpntncls

End of Week 1

Believers: 5

Important members:

Cathy: My childhood friend and crush. While rejecting me for a long time, a recent gap year seems to have shown her that I matter more to her than she thought. Currently studying math and literature to become a teacher. In the cult, she is a priest reinforcing her sister's dedication to the cause.

Rebecca: Friend of Cathy. Studies literature and takes acting classes. Seems to have been obsessed with cults from the start and is now helping my running of the cult as a High Advisor. I have my suspicions that she'd like to push this cult to be even more cult-y.

Francy: Studies math and literature. Initially a friend, she quickly chose to spend more time with Cathy than me. Our friendship reignited during Cathy's absence. Francy studied in the hopes of becoming an independent science author or, at the very least, a content creator talking about science. She is currently converting women around campus to our cult.

Lily: Friend of Francy, one of the first converts along with Charlotte. Daughter to relatively wealthy parents, Rebecca suggested using her for her money.

Charlotte: Friend of Francy, one of the first converts along with Lily. While also daughter to somewhat wealthy parents, she struggled keeping up with college. Combined with her father's business troubles, it's uncertain whether she's able to stay at college at all.

Rules:

Rule 1: Zach is the Supreme Master of the cult. He brings light to those shrouded in darkness.

Rule 2: All believers are admitted by the Supreme Master, they can believe in him whether they need to be saved or are lucky enough to never need his help. All believers worship the Supreme Master as their only God.

Rule 3: All believers are women. They are all objects belonging to the Supreme Master. Their sole purpose in life is serving the Supreme Master with whatever he desires.

Rule 4: Every believer is required to hide the Cult of the Illuminating Master from non-believers, unless they are a conversion candidate.

Rule 5: Every believer may choose to convert another non-believer. They must seek the Supreme Master's approval for this.

Rule 6: Every believer is required to offer herself sexually to the Supreme Master once a day. Should a believer be unable to do this in person, sending a nude photograph taken that day may suffice.

Rule 7: Every believer is required to live at the Supreme Master's whim. He has the right to make any, including major life choices for believers. Believers are required to pay dues for the privilege of serving Him, the Supreme Master may determine for each believer individually how much she owes. Every believer pays what they are due.

Rule 8: The Supreme Master may not be questioned or doubted.

Rule 9: Believers are not permitted to be in sexual or romantic relationships with men other than the Supreme Master.

Rule 10: Every believer wears a loose white dress without underwear and with whitened eyes if only among other believers.

Rule 11: The Supreme Master may at any moment change these rules. The change will take effect immediately.

Rule 12: All believers cannot lie to the Supreme Master. They can only hide the truth from the Supreme Master by remaining silent, but will start talking if the Supreme Master demands it.

Rule 13: All believers follow the rules, but aren't ever aware of them. Believers do not question the rules. Believers who somehow have awareness of the rules' existence, forget their existence right away, while still following them. Believers feel overwhelmingly compelled to follow the rules.

Rule 14: All believers are believers for life.

Rule 15: All roles above regular believers count as believers. All believers are fine with sexual interactions with other believers.

Rule 16: Believers help each other out by teaching subjects and skills with great effort. Their purpose is to push each other towards greater success and aim ever higher. Believers that have achieved professional success must ensure that other believers gain access to similar privileges. Opportunities to study, intern, or to get employed in valuable positions must be – within the confines of local laws – awarded preferentially to members of the cult.

Roles:

High Advisors advise the Supreme Master in matters relating to the cult. Picked by the Supreme Master for their skills and knowledge, they give advice in order to best fulfill his wishes and desires for the entire cult. Unlike normal believers, they are consciously aware of the rules written in this book, yet feel compelled to fulfill them regardless. Their dress is a deep, dark green.

A priest holds congregations in temples for believers, spreading the Supreme Master's words and teachings to all attending believers. They are responsible for all believers that are closer to them than to any other priest. Priests report incidents, changes, or dangers to the cult to High Advisors or the Supreme Master directly. If the Supreme Master is unavailable, they must use His teachings to help and advise followers. Their dress is black.

Missionaries have a duty to spread the word of the Supreme Master to non-believers. In doing so, they will only seek out women and persuade them with the benefits of the cult's beliefs to join the cult. For their work, they may wear normal clothing, their uniform is otherwise a mild grey.

Rites:

Initiation Ceremony
Anyone who isn't a believer yet, becomes a believer by undressing in front of the Supreme Leader or their priest, then pledging sexual subservience. In addition to that, they need to have their name and information registered in this book.

Religious Service
Every Saturday noon, priests hold a service. It begins with believers masturbating while pledging their livelihoods to the Supreme Master. To conclude, priests recount either a personal story or one told by their believers, emphasizing the role and effect of the Supreme Master or believer that helped a different believer.
