Crystal reveals she was never under control

Despite his ability, the fact remained that Crystal was the strongest person alive, so she easily countered his unique ability and read its description. Since she was little, Crystal loved her daddy, especially when her body grew and she started to learn about sexual things. She tried to taste other men, but none of them were Vance, and so when the opportunity arrived, Crystal took it, loving her father like a cat would love its mate for one reason or another.

She kissed Vance, letting his peaceful passing on into the aether, happy that she had completed one of her deepest wishes as she readied herself to mourn him before beginning anew, knowing that there was still so much to do.
