"I think she distanced herself so long that being in a position she enjoyed just set her off, because she was really into it."
"You really gave it to her," she mutters and glances away--colour in her cheeks growing. "It wasn't half bad."

"Nothing... Don't worry about it."
She looks bashful. I guess she really was into it. Niki is somehow always saying what she thinks, yet never says what she actually believes deep down.
