Confront her

You brace yourself, ready to act as soon as Ana exits the office. She barely even sees you before you leap at her. It’s a hard tackle and you knock her to the ground. You get on top of her and pin her hands.

“Where’s Elana?” you ask, no… demand of her.

“I…no…I knew you’d be back, Sam” Ana says. It takes her a moment to even realize what’s happened.

She’s staring at you. She’s not struggling and when you see her eyes, your anger starts to subside. You continue to hold her down. Physically, you know what to do, but the emotional impetus dissipates with each second you see those big green eyes. There’s calmness behind them…and love.

She doesn’t say anything but you start to hear her voice in your head.

“Where is…” you trail off. Who is it you are here to see exactly? A voice in your head gives you the answer.

You feel like you’re floating now, floating towards Ana’s eyes. They pull you along the corridor, down towards Kim’s office.
