Hello user! If you are reading this it means you are the owner of the Control Collar! Created by worldwide business Zeus's Glory (although we will deny it), the Control Collar and its corresponding leash were developed as an way to analyze and research impulses and reactions in the brain (we promise). It uses both advanced software and other, more otherworldly tactics to manipulate the wearer and their enviroment to whatever the owner desires!

Of course, great power comes with a great many stipulations. For details regarding both, refer below.

1) Being a collar and leash, the pieces have to be worn in order to function. The collar and leash are individual objects with individual effects, seperate from each other. The collar can be worn without the leash but not vice versa.

2) The collar can be used to control an individual's actions, feelings regarding topics and people, sensory perception, and bodily reactions, primarily arousal via commands which must be spoken aloud. The Control Collar is equipped with sensors that detect intention from the owner, ensuring there is no risk of accidentally issuing a command, and to making teasing and encouragement easier. One may also implant trigger phrases that can be used even after the collar has been removed, albiet with subjects being much more capable of resisting.

3) In order to ensure safety of brain development and general safety of being, the Control Collar and leash will not take effect on animals or anyone below the age of 18, and will also prohibit actions that will cause severe harm to others.

4) When using the collar, subjects with high willpower and dominating tendencies may be able to resist. One may use the leash to enforce their own will onto another, although this is still liable to fail.

5) When asked to wear the collar, most will agree with little hesitation, but if the person in question has a particular aversion to wearing things like collars they may reject the offer.

6) When the collar is attached, the surrounding people will see it completly normal and will likely not react to the actions the owner and wearer take, although **** actions like public sex and loud screaming will still draw eyes and potential intervention.

7) The leash is much harder to conceal and will draw more attention. You may will the leash to take on a different form and the function will remain the same.

8) The leash can be used primarily as a way to move your subjects around. It can be used to transmit a percived pull on subject's collar in a manner that will not harm them, while still maintaining the feeling of being pulled. Alternativily, the owner may choose to simply tug at the leash, which may be easier for gentle, light pulls. The leash may also be used to send light electric shocks of both the pleasureable and painful variety.

9) Commanding subjects to do strenuous physical activity is possible, although strengh and endurance levels of the subject may be limiting factors.

10) The collar and leash cannot be taken off without the owner or other designated 'masters' granting permission.

11) After putting on a collar, the first person to intentionally give the wearer a command will become the 'master' and will be the only one able to give the Control Collar's wearer orders. The master may also designate others as masters, allowing them to give the wearer commands.

12) The person who activates the collar first will always be considered a 'master,' in case of theft or misplacement. The manual in your hands also doubles as a map to the collar in emergency scenarios.
