Clean-up

(Author's note: The change that I've gone with regarding app settings is that I will merge changed setting with prior settings. I will add an asterisk next to all new suggestions, and bold/bracket whatever change he makes. There will also be brackets after every suggestion to show how much Dustin is emphasizing a suggestion.
