Code Name: Lust Link

First reported in 1987 in Mr. [Name Redacted] located in [Redacted] Mississippi. Anomaly SX-8987631 is believed to be a rare genetic mutation only found in males. This mutation causes their semen to have an effect on any female who takes in this fluid through the vaginal orifice. The rate of success to alter a female who receives semen from a male carrying this gene is 100%. As a result this anomaly has been issued our top threat level of Chaos Class. This effect could cause sweeping unrest if it were used improperly and efforts have been made to ensure all men found with this anomaly are [Redacted].

So far only three men have been know to carry this gene:

Anomaly SX-8987631 causes women who receive seminal fluid vaginally to be intrinsically linked to the libido of the man who carries the gene. If the male gene carrier becomes aroused it will trigger a similar response from the female recipient. It has been noted that females who are effected by carriers will begin to fantasize about the carrier and will be unable to receive sexual gratification without the carrier also being aroused. As such we have code named this anomaly Lust Link. It has been observed that this link often creates a situation where females under the influence of a gene carrier form a romantic bond with the male carrier.

This was noticed in the case of SX-A when the institute tracked him down he had effected 75% of the female population of his town. After much effort the institute subdued SX-A and his effected females and moved them to facility Alpha-09675324. After years of study SX-A [Redacted] leading us to be able to study what happens to females following the passing of a male carrier. Most all of them entered a serious depressive state after being separated from their now most desired male. Several, who were under the effect of Lust Link the longest, were manic and swore **** against the institute for "ruining their happiness". All females effected were unable to become aroused and even decades later were unable to feel sexual pleasure no mater what stimulation was used.

SX-B was found in 1996 and has since fled to an island off the cost of [Redacted]. All attempts to subdue the target were met with the elimination of all male agents and the disappearance of all female agents. All contact with the island is cut off and there is a strict ban on travel to the island.

Conclusion: More excessive measures may be required to subdue SX-B. Further observation is needed.

SX-C was found quickly in 2008. A high school boy who used Lust Link in a way that drew immediate attention to the him by the institute. He was contained within a month of discovery along with his twelve female victims.

Status: SX-C has been a willing participant in understanding the connection Lust Link makes between a male carrier and a female victim.

In conclusion Lust Link is a dangerous genetic anomaly and efforts must be taken to [Redacted] any other carriers that are discovered.
