High Obsidian

Situated at the tip of the river Furioso, Hi-oh is the capital of the Midland Kingdom and the center of its industry. It houses the King's estates as well as the largest temple to the Gods of the Kingdom, and the Crafting and Smithing Guild, among other less prestigious institutions. Its name is derived from its massive walls of black steel, which also feed into its reputation as a city that can't be taken. It is constructed as a massive fortress, with maze-like narrow streets and level roofs, constructed on a descending height as they sprawl outward the city's center, ensuring the slow advance of an attacking **** and the quick deployment of defenders.

Brighton

Originally a metal mining town in the middle of nowhere, it started dying down when the reserves ran out. The inconspicuous location, in conjunction with the low property values, attracted the newly formed and dirt-poor monster hunter guild Band of Crows to choose it for its headquarters. What started as an old man with a dream soon became the leading organization for monster-hunting in the world, attracting many from the five lands to join the cause. Through a combination of prospecting members and the Band's biannual Bash, people arrived in the town in droves, breathing new life into its economy and saving it from disappearing completely.

Hopscotchton

Hopscotchton is a quaint little town, existing in the shadow of the prestigious Bloodrose Castle. While being founded first, few people had any reason to choose it over the Castle as their place of residence, and soon the only travelers passing through did so only to get to the Castle, hopscotching over the town. Nowadays the town is populated mainly by dwarfs and other nonhumans, either too poor or too unlikable for the Castle to accept them.
