Chris, In-Training Cursebreaker

Chris sat down in a small movie theater as an employee orientation film began to play. An older woman in magic robes greeted him.

"Hello, new employees! I am Alysia, a high ranking Cursebreaker in spellcasting society." She said walking to the left of the screen. "A long time ago an evil sorceress decided to cause a massive amount of chaos in the mortal world. She bound people to worship her and transformed them into her idealized image. The human form and mental psyche were never sacred to her."

She entered a door into what appeared to be a police interrogation room. She was behind one way glass while a man was seated on the other side. "While dysphoria and body dysmorphia are real issues mortals can have, there are some mortals misdiagnosed due to them being descendants of those afflicted by Gender Curses."

She pointed to the man in the room, "This is George. Unbeknownst to him his great great grandmother was transformed into a soldier by the evil sorceress due to refusing to offer her shelter from a storm. When the sorceress was defeated his great great grandmother was no longer within her thrall and settled down with a wife and had a beautiful child afflicted by the Gender Change curse. The magical society didn't act fast enough to completely cure those afflicted, but in recent years me and sorcerers like you have taken up the cause to assist in helping these victims."

She began casting a spell using precise movements with her fingers, purple light dancing between them as her eyes began to glow. "This is a simple magic sight spell that allows us to identify those afflicted." The camera moved to from her perspective. Looking directly at George. A small blue shard glowed from within his chest. "As you can see George carries a curse shard within his chest. As a Cursebreaker it is your job to remove it, and reduce collateral damage. George is alone so I can easily remove it, but we will also need to reduce fallout. This can be done by mixing in reality warping spells to redefine reality so that he has always been a woman."

She began casting another spell with pink energy that flew through the glass and enveloped the blue shard. The two energies cancelled each other out as a gold energy grew from the vacuum left by the curse.

George began scratching his neck as his body began to reshape. His hair growing longer and his chiselled looks becoming rounder and softer. Two mounds grew from his chest and the bulge in his pants became less pronounced. His clothes shifted into a stylish summer dress. He seemed unperturbed by the changes.

"I made sure to apply a few mental changes to Georgia in order to prevent her from noticing her changes. The reality warping will have her family recognize that she has always been a woman. And all legal documents will reflect that. If siblings are both affected by the curse it is usually easier to have them body swap instead of rewriting the entirety of reality. "

Alysia looked at the camera, "You may use gender transformation magic in certain circumstances. But using any gender curses that continue down a family bloodline is forbidden. Now go forth and break curses!"

The movie ended with Chris sighing, "Time to get to work."
